Unleash your wild side and satisfy your inner foodie on this discovery of The Northern Triangle of Spain. The three sharp ends of this “triangle” are: Bilbao, San Sebastian and La Rioja region.
In Bilbao, explore modern art at the Guggenheim Museum, experience gastronomy with all your senses at the Michelin 3-Star restaurant “Azurmendi” and take a trip along the Basque coast with leisurely stops at the most picturesque small towns and beaches. Get ready to practice your surfing skills here!
San Sebastian or “Donostia” in Basque, is definitely the hippest destination in northern Spain. Enjoy the combination of resort-like blissful feel and urban character as you prepare for a road trip of a lifetime on a discovery of cute little towns such as Biarritz or Hondarribia. Prepare your stomach too as the typical “pintxos” tapas here are amazing.
Finally, the trip will end in the world-famous wine region of La Rioja where it’s all about wine and relaxation: wine tastings and wine spa treatments, exploring the vineyards on a horse carriage and an absolutely unforgettable hot-balloon flight over the vineyards of La Rioja.
